We have a special process to unlock a device when purchased directly from the manufacturer even when you do not have a T-Mobile account so we can help with the unlock. For clarification, are you planning on using T-Mobile or just wanted to open the account for the unlock?

Nice to meet you I am Frank and will be stepping in here and thanks for working with us! I can assist with the Unlock, thanks for the screen-shot showing the order. How this will work is I'll send off the IMEI to be cleared/unlocked and follow up with you upon the results. The entire process takes about 5-7 business days. How does this sound? |
