fire hd10 을 구매하고, 아마존 기프트카드 40달러 이벤트 하길래 구입했는데

구입하자 마자 계정락이 걸려버리면서 이메일이 왔어요

검색해보니 기프트카드 구입하시다가 계정락 걸리신 분들 꽤 보이시더라구요

직구 초보라서 물어봅니다.

1. 미리 구입한 fire hd10은 트래킹 넘버도 안 나와 있는 상태였습니다.

카드사 확인해 보니 약 10만원 정도가 묶여 있더라구요

별다른 조취를 취하지 않아도 이 금액은 환불이 자동으로 되는 건가요?

환불이 된다면 기간은 얼마나 걸리나요?

2. 아마존 프라임 무료체험 30일 신청해서 구입했는데 30일지나면 자동결제 되는건가요?

3. 위에 이메일에서 계정락을 해제하기 위한 서류들을 언급해 주었는데

정확하게 카드사(체크카드로 결제했습니다)한테 어떠한 서류를 요청하여 아마존한테 보내주어야 하는건가요?

아이 유투브 및 인강용으로 아마존 직구 처음으로 도전해 보았는데

이렇게 황당한 일이 생겨서 난감합니다.
