양키캔들에 리턴라벨 보내달라고 두번 요청했는데 아래내용과 같이 답신이 왔네요...
어떠한 내용인지? 도움 주시면 감사...

Thank you for contacting Yankee Candle®. We can mail you a prepaid label to the shipping address for a return but we would not be able to email it. If you would like a mailed label sent to your shipping company please let us know.

두번째는 파손상품 이외의 변심에 대해서는 리턴라벨을 못보내준다는 의미입니다. 이럴 경우에는 자기돈으로 보내야겠죠? 배대지라면 배대지에 요청을 하셔야 할것 같습니다.
