We apologize for the delay on your order. For us to ship your order, our system needs some additional verification concerning your payment method. We have three options for you to verify your payment method:

Option 1
Every credit card transaction has an authorization code/approval code (This code may also be called the transaction ID, transaction code, or authorization number.). Please contact your bank using the phone number on the back of the card that you used, and they should be able to provide you with that credit card approval code. This is a six digit number that may also contain letters. Once you're able to get that six digit code from your bank, please reply to this email, call or chat us so we can verify that number with what we have for your transaction. For U.S. customers we know that most banks will not provide this code. Please use one of the options below.

Option 2
We have made a small refund on your credit card that we need you to verify. This amount will be under $2.00 USD. Reply to this email with the amount we have refunded to your card, or the authorization code for the credit card transaction. The refund process may take 3-6 business days, depending on your credit card company.

Option 3
For U.S. customers we do have a third and final option for verification, which is faster than the options listed above. All you would need for this method is access to your online card statement. This option involves Campsaver processing a new, small charge (less than $2 USD) on the same card used on the order. This new charge, unlike the refund will be available for you to view on your online statement immediately. Once you have verified the amount charged to your card we will void out that small charge so it is never deducted from your account. For this option we will need you to call our Customer Service to provide your card information once more, since we do not store any credit card numbers on file.

By Verifying one of these options, it will confirm that you are the card holder and we will ship out your order right away.
