여쭤볼께 있어서요 가품이 와서 분쟁 신청후
제가 직접찍은 사진들이랑 정품 비교샷들을 올렸는데,

리뷰에서도 저말고도 가품 받은 사람들이 많고 그부분도 어필을 했는데 정작 알리에서는 인정을 안하네요..
동영상과 추가 사진들을 찍어서 다시 올리긴 했는데 이상태로 종료될까봐 화가 납니다.
얼마 안되지만 가품을 받고 당연히 반품이나 환불이 가능할줄 알았는데 황당하기도 합니다..
혹시 가품 환불받으신분 있으시면 팁좀 부탁드립니다.
