안녕하세요

다름이 아니라 10월 중순쯤에 eBay 이베이에서 물건을 구매했는데

하루 뒤 판매자는 트래킹 넘버를 업로드 하였으나

계속 추적이 안되었고 셀러한테 물어봐도 usps쪽에서 문제가 생긴것 같다며 알아본다고 하였지만

문제는 해결이 되지 않았고 예상 배송일이 지났는데도 배송 추적이 안되어

케이스를 열어 이베이에게 상황을 알렸더니

이베이 측에서 판단한 결과 케이스를 저에게 유리하게

닫았다고 하며 환불을 해준다고

그돈으로 비슷한 제품을 다시 구매하면 좋을것 같다고 답장이 왔습니다

11월 10일에 환불을 받았고  

계좌에 돈이 다시 들어왔고

이 거래는 다 끝난줄 알았습니다  . . .

그러나 갑자기 오늘 11월 17일에 판매자가 메세지를 보내왔으며

분실된 물건을 택배사에서 찾았다면서 저에게 지금 배송중이라며 

이미 환불 받은 건에 대해서 자기가 돈을 받도록 다시 케이스를 열것 이라고 합니다.

그러나 저는 다른 제품을 구매하였기 때문에 이제 물건이 필요 없다고 판매자에게 메세지를 보냈으나

판매자는 저에게 그럼 받은 후 자기는 케이스를 열테니 리턴을 하던지 하라고 합니다 .

혹시 몰라 이베이에 제가 아침에 이메일을 보냈고

상황을 설명하였는데
이베이 측에서 답장이 왔습니다


I understand that you had already received a refund for this item from the claim that you've filed on this transaction
but the seller is saying that they have already shipped the item to you and when you informed the seller about the refund, they asked you to return the item when you receive them and also mentioned about appealing the outcome of the claim. I appreciate your efforts in communicating with your seller and trying to resolve your issues amicably


I have checked the details and can see that the case was already closed in your favor with full refund. However, upon checking the tracking of this case I can see that the item was not delivered to you and might have lost in transit. So, you need not worry about this case. If seller appeals for this case we will have to deny the appeal.

아직 제품이 국내에 도착했는지도 모르겠는데

만약 저희 집에 배송 되었을때 제가 원하면 국제배송을 수취 거부를 할 수는 있나요 ?

아마도 usps , 피트니보우스 등 협력하는 캐리어 방식 같습니다만

제가 수취거부를 할 경우 그 택배는 따로 제가 무언가

별도의 조치를 하지 않더라도 미국으로 다시 반송이 될까요??
