안녕하세요, 맨날 눈팅만하다가 저처럼 궁금해하시는 분 계실까 싶어 남겨봅니다.
알피쿨 초기화라면서 설정 버튼 눌러 E8 진입하는 내용이 보여서 찾아봤어요.

문서에 의하면 E8 모드에서 -1로 설정하는 건
영하 13도 이하의 온도를 1씩 내려주는 보정작업일 뿐이네요.
센서의 온도와 실제 온도의 차이를 사용자가 캘리브레이션 할 수 있게끔 해놓은거죠.
초기화라고 말하기에는 뭔가 좀 ㅎㅎ
그러고보니, E1~E8의 설정들은 스마트폰 앱의 설정과 순서가 같네요.

Other settings
Standby mode, Press”SET”
button until it displays “E1”. Press “SET” button, it will displays settings of
“E1”, “E2”, “E3”, “E4”, “F1”, “F2”, “F3” in accordance with the order cycle.
Choose the setting you need, and press “UP” or “DOWN” button to change and set
the parameter.

How to return to
factory default?
Press “SET” button
