thanks for getting in touch. The order has been dispatched and is on its way.
There's no tracking available on this I'm afraid.
This is certainly not standard procedure but there's still always a number of shipments going out like this.
Shipment to Oz however takes 2-4 weeks in some cases in our experience,
even though that’s quite rare. I wouldn't worry too much at this point.
If it hasn't arrived after this timeframe please let me know though.
